2009 Founded as “Shenzhen BSO Building Material Co. Limited” in Shenzhen, China, acted as consultant of supply chain management for Swiss and Italian brands in sanitary ware.

2012 Master dealer of Roca in south china, and set up a daughter company “BSO (Hong Kong) building material Limited ” in Hong Kong

2013 Entered market of Netherlands, and make an acquisition of a high precision brass products manufacture plant in Foshan, Guangdong, China.

2014 Entered market of east Australia

2015 Entered market of Germany, west Australia and USA

2016 Set up assembly lines and testing center in Shenzhen, ERP system to be installed, ISO9001 under application, and Watermark license under preparation.
